Cleaning and Maintenance of Your PVC Vinyl Fence
Standard Cleaning – Softscrub, 409 or any type of cleaning product recommended for vinyl is often effective on fences.
Stains – Lacquer thinner must be used with CAUTION. Thinner MUST be applied to the rag first. DO NOT pour the lacquer thinner directly onto the vinyl or hold the rag on the vinyl. Run the rag over the vinyl, but do not allow the lacquer thinner to sit on the vinyl.
Spray On/Off Cleaners – SuperClean by Casterol can be used to clean PVC vinyl fencing. Dilute with water first. Leave the product on for a very short period of time, then rinse with water. SuperClean is commonly found in automotive and hardware stores as well as Amazon.
Tar Stains – Goof-Off can be used for spot treatment on your PVC vinyl fence.
